How is the shipping fee calculated?

US shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $7.00. Although shipments are made through UPS or USPS, the rate charged is less than the actual shipment cost which is shared with BeLovely.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for the carrier's website. You will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit. 

Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS or USPS sites. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please email us at customerservice@BeLovely.online and we’ll make sure to let you know when we expand.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience, please let us know and we will do what it takes to make things right.

Peace of Mind Returns

·       You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

·       You may return items for a refund or store credit within 45 days of delivery.

·       Returns should be made in the original packaging when possible.

Peace of Mind Refunds

·       You may receive a refund to store credit or to your original payment method.

·       For store credit and refunds, we’ll credit your account once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).

·       For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
