Crystals
I received my first crystal a few years ago. It was a beautiful rose quartz. Rose quartz is known for promoting love and feelings of peace. I kept it in my office. Whenever I knew a challenging discussion was coming up, I would hold my crystal in my hands and have a few minutes of meditation. In taking just a few moments to set my intentions on how I wanted the conversation to go, it helped me feel calm and controlled.
